Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Blackjack Counting Trainer app and the truecountclub.com website handle, and the choices you have. "We" means True Count Club, the developer of the app.
Summary
- The app has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.
- Practice and Learn never send anything to us.
- Only reports you choose to post in Current Conditions are sent to us, and they're shown publicly with an anonymous ID.
- We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Information in the app
The app doesn't access your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos.
To work, the app saves these items in your device's storage: your table rules and coaching settings, Learn rules, posts you reported or blocked, and the date you accepted the terms. None of this is sent to us.
Current Conditions
When you open Current Conditions, the app signs in anonymously with Google Firebase, which creates a random ID that isn't linked to your name, email or phone.
Reports you post, including any optional display name, are stored in our database with that anonymous ID and timestamps and are shown publicly to other players. If you tap "Seen it too," your anonymous ID is added to that report. If you report a post, we store your reason with your anonymous ID so we can review it. We use this only to run Current Conditions, apply posting limits and moderate posts.
Google Firebase stores and processes this data on our behalf. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Optional tips
Tips are processed entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. We receive only that a tip was made and its amount. We never see your name, card or payment details.
This website
truecountclub.com uses no cookies, analytics or advertising. The site is hosted by Google Firebase Hosting, which receives your IP address and browser details in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Fonts are served from truecountclub.com itself, so no font service receives your information.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to keep a record of support requests.

How long we keep data
You keep one report per casino; posting again replaces your earlier report. Each casino keeps reports for only its five most recently reported rule sets, and older reports are deleted automatically. Reports you delete are removed from public view right away and from our database within 30 days. Support emails are kept for up to two years.
Delete your data
- Everything on your device: in the app, open Terms & Disclosures and tap Clear all data on this device. Uninstalling the app also removes it.
- A report you posted: tap Delete on your post in Current Conditions.
- Anything else we hold: email support@truecountclub.com with the subject "Delete my data." Tell us the casino and date of any posts you made, and any reports or "Seen it too" taps you want removed, so we can find them. We'll confirm within 30 days.
Children
The app and website are intended only for adults of legal gambling age. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has posted a report, email us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For important changes, the app will ask you to review and agree again.
